We decided to move to the Orlando area last May and met Jaime through a common friend. Jaime immediately showed us he had an incredible grasp of the Orlando / Windermere market. He listened to our wants and wishes and slowly but surely guided us through the entire process. Eventually we focused on a specific area of Windermere and Jaime zeroed in on a few properties. We finally found the one that had everything we wanted and he went to work. We ended paying less than what we had budgeted and had money to spare to do an extensive renovation to our liking.
